Government Agencies

We Get The Job Done Right

Beaver Creek Archaeology has extensive experience in working for and under the supervision of an array of government agencies across the Great Plains Region. For Example: During the 2009 and 2011 floods throughout North Dakota, BCA received extensive experience in conducting and passing FEMA required inventories in an expedited fashion. Beaver Creek was privileged with conducting inventories and reports for the U.S. Fish & Wildlife service during their transitional period between their in-house archaeologists. Beaver Creek was further honored when the North Dakota State Historic Preservation Office (NDSHPO) requested our assistance in relocating and rendering visual images of multiple archaeological mound sites that were no longer visible to the naked eye. Beaver Creek Archaeology has successfully completed survey and monitoring for the North Dakota Department of Transportation’s Williston By-Pass. With the growth and expansion of the oil boom also came the need for additional services such as airport expansions and upgrades as well as additional cell phone tower implementations; as such BCA has experience in surveying and submitting to the FAA and FCC. In addition BCA has had years of experience working with multiple NRCS offices performing cost share surveys for water line, tree row, and feed lot projects which required cultural resource inventories.
