Project Synopsis

The Paleontology Division of Beaver Creek Archaeology, Inc. (BCA Paleo) was hired by DOWL (the Proponent) to conduct a previously recorded fossil locality search, a Potential Fossil Resource Inventory, and to complete a Paleontological Resource Survey report for submittal to the Proponent, the State of North Dakota, and the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT). BCA Paleo conducted a Potential Fossil Yield Classification (PFYC) map-based survey and a targeted pedestrian survey of the high potential fossil locations of this proposed project.
